Cancellation Policy

We value our time and yours. Please keep us informed when you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a Cancellation/ No Show fee that is 50% of service total. We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged the Cancellation/ No Show fee. After 2 No Call/No shows you will be banned from booking. FINAL PAYMENTS DUE IN CASH, CASH APP, APPLE PAY OR ZELLE. $3 PROCESSING FEE FOR CARDS!
